The Friends of the Loveland Public Library Spring Used Book Sale will be held May 28-30, 2010 at the Thomas M. McKee 4-H Building, at "The Ranch", Larimer County Fairgrounds & Events Complex, I-25 and Crossroads Blvd. in Loveland.
The book sale will be open to Members of the Friends on Friday, May 28, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Memberships will be available at the door.
The sale will be open to the public on Saturday, May 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, May 30, from11 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Sunday all books and non-book items will be available for the price of $4 per plastic grocery bag, with the exception of Vintage, Treasures and Collectibles.
As part of our “Going Green” effort, we again ask our patrons to bring their own paper, cloth, reusable shopping bags or boxes. Prices for these containers will be determined according to what a standard grocery bag holds.
DONATIONS
Persons wishing to donate books and audio-visual items prior to the sale may do so by delivering them to the loading dock at the library anytime during library hours. We will also take donations on Wednesdays only at 1010 West 10th Street, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
No Reader’s Digest Condensed Books, Encyclopedias, Computer Books older than 2007, National Geographic or magazines will be accepted. Please donate or recycle these items elsewhere.
