NOTE ABOUT PARKING!

The Ranch is now charging for parking during other events at the Blue Arena. There will be events at the Arena on Friday evening and on Sunday. There is no parking charge in the McKee Building lot for our sale.

If  you enter The Ranch property on Arena Circle and you come to the McKee Building via the curving gravel road (there are signs to follow), you will not be charged for parking on either day. See the red arrows on the lower left corner of the map below.

If after entering The Ranch property, you make your way to our sale on the paved roads, you may be charged depending on when you enter (after 4 PM on Friday, or anytime on Sunday; no charge for anyone on Saturday). Charges are assessed by equipment reading your license plate. 

The Ranch will post a QR code by our door and customers who did not drive in on the gravel road can scan the code to get the parking fee waived. (TIP - you'll need to know your license plate number!)

The Friends' Chapter Two Bookstore, located near the entrance in the Loveland Public Library, is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 AM - 7 PM, and Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Proceeds fund library programs for community members of all ages.

The store features books in excellent condition, in a variety of categories including children's, teens, adult fiction, cooking, hobbies and crafts, history, and books of regional and seasonal interest, as well as small gift items.
